Mallard has been representing Minneapolis since 2018. The program has a heavy focus on growing the ultimate community in Minnesota.

A rising tide lifts all boats. We want to emphasize accountability, commitment, and competition. We make attendance a priority, thus respecting the commitments we make to ourselves and our teammates. We adjust our goals and priorities from year to year as we continue learning and growing with each other. We take to heart the mentality of winning or losing as a team.
